Aquion's products are supplied to end user customers via their preferred Channel partners. We assist the companies that customers want to do business with to sell and support our vendors' products. We have found that working with our customers' resellers, outsourcers or services partners delivers quality outcomes for buying organisations.
Aquion is a 100 percent channel-focused distributor - servicing some of Australia 's largest systems integrators, outsourcing companies and resellers. We work with vendors that have a strong commitment to the Channel. Our vendors believe that a two tiered model is the most efficient and profitable means to service customers, and therefore gain market share, in our marketplace.
Aquion is dedicated to providing Channel partners with the opportunity to successfully impact their bottom line by extending product portfolio and customer base.
We believe the primary relationship that exists between a channel partner and their customer is good for business. Enterprise customers are looking for channel partners to provide end to end products and services. In order to leverage these relationships Aquion develops direct relationships with customers. Aquion identifies and develops the opportunities co-operatively with our Channel Partners.
Once the primary Channel Partner / Customer relationship is established Aquion's role is one of value-added distributor. We help develop channel knowledge of the product/s and allow them to identify additional opportunities.
